Special Note on Serious Claims

If you have a serious claim like a house fire or an automobile accident with serious injuries, always call our office at any time.  Our telephone number is 845-831-4300 or 800-860-7176.  If you call and we are closed, please push Option 4.  You will be connected to a live operator who will have your coverage information in front of him or her.  They will direct you further.  Call us anytime, regardless of the time of day or day of the week and it doesn’t matter which insurance company you are covered by.

Non-Serious Claims

If you are insured with one of the following insurance companies, the best way to get your claim started quickly is to call our office.  If it is during business hours, we will help you immediately.  Many insurance companies also have toll free direct reporting departments and you can use these tools as well.

If your claim occurs or you need to report it after our office is closed, you can do one of two things:

1. Report it by calling our office
2. Logging into your account on our website, and filing the report electronically

If you are insured with one of the following insurance companies, the quickest way to get your claim in the system and working for you is to call our office at 845-831-4300 or 800-860-7176, push Option 4 to speak with a live operator.  That person will have your coverage information and will transfer you to the direct reporting call center set up by your insurance company.  The following companies have this feature enabled.
