Our office is now open for regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our staff will be split into 50% working in the office while 50% will continue to work remotely and this will rotate on a weekly basis.
Our front door of the vestibule will be open during regular business hours and payments and paperwork can be dropped off. The office will not be open to walk-in traffic.
Emergency appointments are available by contacting our office. Customers will need to enter through our rear door and directly into the conference room. Masks are mandatory for customers and staff.
Our staff is available by phone or Zoom video call and we encourage setting up a time to meet with us to review your current coverages and what deferred payment programs or carrier discounts may be available to you.
While these are unprecedented times, we are grateful to be able to continue to provide the customer service you have come to expect and we know together we will get through this.
